    The Altore is a fascinating bird, considered to be Corsica's largest eagle. Its size and majestic plumage make it easily recognizable and have made it a true emblem of the island. A treasure trove of biodiversity, Corsica boasts an incredible diversity of landscapes and animal species. It has been a land of welcome and refuge for many endangered birds, such as the Altore. To pay tribute to this sublime animal, Maria has designed a unique earring in 18-carat gold featuring its effigy. The eagle's wings are paved with a long cascade of diamonds, and the eye is sublimated with a ruby or emerald.
