We're offering a unique professional opportunity: a position based in Lumio, in the Balagne region, in the heart of Casanera's birthplace. This is an exciting new workshop, and we're looking for a talented person who we can count on to contribute to its success.
Profile
With a CAP Art de la bijouterie or equivalent diploma and a first successful experience in a responsible position, we expect you to have the following qualities:
You are a qualified jeweler, serious, motivated, meticulous, rigorous, autonomous and ready to make a long-term commitment.
You have the skills to be involved in all stages of jewelry creation, right through to maintenance and repair.
You have a sense of responsibility and are a team player.
Respecting the family spirit of the jewelry store and exchanging skills with the rest of the team is an important point.
Workshop management
Supervise and coordinate repair shop activities.
Plan work schedules and assignments for craftsmen.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources, such as tools and materials.
Production management
Organize and prioritize repair orders.
Ensure that delivery deadlines are met
Monitor work progress and adjust resources if necessary.
Repair and restoration
Carry out repairs on jewelry and jewelry parts.
Supervise and assist craftsmen in repair and restoration tasks.
Work with customers to understand their repair needs.
Quality control
Ensure the quality of work carried out prior to delivery.
Implement quality control procedures and train staff in these standards.
Solve quality problems and implement improvements.
Inventory management
Monitor stock levels of materials and supplies.
Place orders according to needs and forecasts.
Manage supplier relations.
Safety and compliance
Ensure that the workshop complies with safety standards.
Ensure compliance with jewelry regulations
Innovation and continuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities.
